These are all questions you might have right now. Below is an outline of what is included, and also some detail on what is not included.
ONE SPRINT AT A TIME
We know there are loads you’d like to get done in your business, and sometimes it feels like everything needs to be done at the same time. Our experience tells us though that this seldom produces optimal results.
This is the main reason we work in Sprints. You get to review work carried out and together we set the goals for the next Sprint.
ASK AWAY, WE DON’T MIND
We really don’t mind you asking as many questions as you need to. It helps us to come up with the best solutions for you, and helps you to understand exactly what you are getting.
There is one limitation though. All questions outside of the scheduled Video calls, is done via email.
We promise we will answer your emails, but we are NOT running an Accident & Emergency unit. Our focus on productivity dictates that we are not reactive on a day-to-day basis. That being said, when something is broken, we’ll fix it right away.
STRATEGY AND ADVICE
We understand that for most of our clients, we’ve done a whole lot more of this than they have. We have experience across several different business and sectors. This is a resource you get to tap into on our scheduled “Review & What’s Next?” calls.
IF IT NEEDS CHANGING, WE’LL CHANGE IT
This kind of work is never really done, because your business is never really done. We get that. If something needs changing, even for the 15th time, we’ll change it, as part of your next Sprint.
REGULAR VIDEO CALLS
We’ll jump on 2 scheduled video calls every month – Review & What’s Next? You give us feedback on what we’ve done so far and together we identify the priorities for the next Sprint.
SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT
You’ll only ever need to send emails to a single email address. When you send an email, everyone who needs to see it, sees it. We have our systems set up for transparent internal communications. There are no private inboxes for your messages to linger in whilst someone is away on holiday.
We make stuff work. If there is an existing integration tool available to connect the apps you use in your business, then we’ll set that up as part of your Sprints.
WE DO THE TESTING, YOU GIVE US FEEDBACK
All testing is done BEFORE anything we’ve built goes live. That might sound obvious, but believe me, it is not always so.
As part of the testing you will be placed inside your system as a prospect/customer. You’ll receive everything as a customer would. This puts you in the best position to give us feedback and ask for revisions.
NO LONG-TERM CONTRACTS
After the initial 3-month minimum period, there is no contract. Just a month-to-month agreement. We do the work for as long as you need us to, you pay us for as long as we are required to do the work.
